2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Completed Services: Any services that have already been delivered and accepted by the client.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred by third-party service providers or platforms on behalf of the client.
  • Monthly Retainers: Monthly retainer fees for ongoing services are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
